Question 1

What does iKeychains sell?

Accepted Answer

The launch offer is one small personalized photo keychain made from a person or pet portrait. Other printed products are not part of the launch catalog.

Question 2

Can I upload a photo or take one with my camera?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Sign in, then choose a JPEG, PNG, or WebP image, or use the camera control to take a photo or selfie. If camera access is unavailable or denied, you can still upload a file.

Question 3

Do I approve the artwork before I pay?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The prepared preview is shown before checkout. Checkout stays locked until you approve the current artwork version. If the artwork is prepared again, you review and approve that new version.

Question 4

Is the preview already the final print file?

Accepted Answer

The preview removes the background while keeping the supplied portrait. The print partner has not yet been selected, so final dimensions, file format, and other print requirements still need to be confirmed before production.

Question 5

When will production and shipping updates be available?

Accepted Answer

A print-and-ship provider still needs to be selected, approved, and connected. The shop will show only the production, shipping, dates, and tracking details returned by that provider; no delivery timeline is promised before setup is complete.

Question 6

Where do I see the price and shipping choices?

Accepted Answer

The owner will publish the keychain price and customer shipping choices in the product page and checkout. They are not shown as final while the owner is still configuring the offer.
